The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following bond:
Employees of the Malden School Department, Malden MA;
Employees of the Mystic Valley Advantage Regional Charter School, Malden, MA;
Employees of Malden Catholic High, Malden MA;
Employees of Sacred Heart Parish, Chevrus School, Malden, MA;
Employees of Partnership for Community Schools, Malden, MA;
Employees of Catholic Charities who work in Malden, MA;
Employees of Pope John XXIII High School who work in Everett, MA;
Malden School Committee Members;
Employees of this credit union;
Included are spouses of persons who have died while in the field of membership of this credit union;
Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employments; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons.
Persons not eligible for membership may be a joint owner on an eligible members account.
No member may close their account while a borrower, an endorser or a guarantor on any loan due to the Credit Union.

It was formed for the purpose of encouraging savings by offering a good return, using connective monies to make loans at competitively low interest rates.
